What Is Freeze Dried Candy?
Freeze dried candy is just as the name implies - candy that has been frozen and dried - the process itself is a bit more complicated though...
At The Dulce Market we use a special machine that takes the candy - freezes it colder than you could imagine - and then vacuums all the moisture out leaving only pure sugar crystals behind!
Items that are freeze dried are shelf stable for many years when stored properly out of direct light and without moisture.
